1. Start Philips Songbird Software on your computer.
2. Click on File; and select Import Media.
   
   
   
3. On the pop-up box, locate the folder that contains the music / video files. These files are commonly located in the folder “My Music”.
   
   
   
4. Click on OK.
5. Depending on the amount and size of the music / video files, it may take a while for importing the media files. 
   
   
   
6. Repeat steps 2 to 5 if you have other media files located in other folders.

When the importing is completed, the music files are located in the Music Library. The video files are located in the Videos Library of Philips Songbird.
