Why can't I charge my parent unit?


Check whether the charging light on the charging stand lights up. If the light is on, the Parent Unit is charging. If not,

  • the contact plate on the bottom of the Parent Unit (see image) may not be in full contact with the charging stand. Try to reposition the Parent Unit on the charging stand.
  • The contact plate on the bottom of the Parent Unit can gather dust or dirt and this influences contact with the charging stand. Clean the contact plate with a dry cotton bud or cloth and try to charge the Parent Unit again.
