The image is upside down when I view it on the App. What can I do?

Answer

If the monitor is mounted on the ceiling (up-side down), the image would be inverted.

Follow the steps below to flip the image.

  1. On the App, tap . 


  2. Tap the monitor that shows the upside-down monitor. 


  3. Switch Image flip to “ON”. 

The image is in the correct orientation now.
