What should I do if there is no sound from speaker?

Answer

  • Make sure the batteries are full and are inserted correctly as below:
     

  • Make sure the speaker is connected securely to the headphone jack of the mobile device (such as smartphone, iPod, iPhone, and MP3 player).
     

  • Adjust the sound volume on your mobile device.
    (Note: There is no volume control on the speaker.)
