Why does it take a long time to log in to the App?

Answer

The time it takes to login is highly dependent on the speed of network connection to your smartphone/tablet. If the speed of the network connections is slow, it would take a longer time to log in.

For optimal connection, Philips recommends using:

  • High-speed 3G/Wi-Fi connection for your smartphone/ tablet; and
  • High-speed (upload speed of 800kbps or above) Wi-Fi network connection for the monitor.
