Check whether you can see the monitor through Philips In.Sight App on your mobile device.
If you are able to view the monitor on Philips In.Sight App, the reason why you are not able to view it from the computer in office is probably the network settings in your office. Firewall settings or multi-layer network infrastructure would affect whether you can view the monitor in office. Consult the system administrator in your office for the correct network settings.
