I am using Internet Explorer 8 on Windows 7; and I am not able to view the monitor from the computer. What should I do?


Make sure:

  • The monitor has the latest firmware installed.
  • Upgrade to Internet Explorer 9 if your PC is running on Windows 7. Alternatively, use Chrome (version 20 or above), or Firefox (version 13 or above).
