I recently upgraded my iPhone/iPod touch from iOS 6 to iOS 7 but the app does not work properly anymore. What can I do?

Answer

• First make sure you have installed the latest Philips Wake-up light App, version 1.0.7.

• If the problem still occurs reinstall the app. 

First remove the app from your iPhone/iPod touch by pressing and holding the Wake-up Light icon until the 'x' mark appears on the icon. Press the 'x' mark and confirm that you want to remove the app. Then reinstall the app from the Appstore.
