• Make sure that you have installed the latest version of the Philips Wake-up Light App, version 1.0.5.
• If your appliance does not respond when you try to set the different functions, unplug it and then plug it in again.
• If you use an adapter to make the appliance work on your iPhone 5 or iPod Touch 5, make sure that you use the official Apple 30-9 pin connector, which is available through Apple. With any other unofficial Apple adapter, it will charge but you cannot set any functions. | | If the solutions above have not solved your problem, please contact the Philips Consumer Care Center in your country.
