The appliance does not respond when I try to set different functions. What should I do?


• Make sure that you have installed the latest version of the Philips Wake-up Light App, version 1.0.7.

• If your appliance does not respond when you try to set the different functions, unplug it and then plug it in again.

• If you use an adapter to make the appliance work on your iPhone 5 or iPod Touch 5, make sure that you use the official Apple 30-9 pin connector, which is available through Apple. With any other unofficial Apple adapter, it will charge but you cannot set any functions.

If the above solutions did not solve your problem, please contact the Philips Consumer Care Center in your country.
