I experience some issues when the product is working with MyRemote App or SimplyShare on iOS version 6.01. What should I do?

Answer

The following issues are identified when the product is working with the following App:

MyRemote App:

  • No response;
  • Product being not detected by the App.

SimplyShare App:

  • Connection is intermittent.

The above problems would be solved by upgrading the firmware of the product. New firmware would be available around January 2013. Please visit “Firmware and Software” session of the product in the website for upgrade file and instructions.
