Make sure that the guiding grooves of the precision trimming attachment point upwards and the closed side points downwards.
Slide the precision trimming attachment onto the trimming head so that the attachment covers the lower part of the trimming head.
Note: You can adjust the precision trimming attachment to 3 different settings for a better reachability.
