Defrosting food takes time. You can quickly defrost small portions of food in the airfryer. Set the temperature control knob to 175°F and set the timer knob to 1-2 minutes. Preheating is not necessary.
You don't have to defrost fries, meat, or snacks before you prepare them in the airfryer. When you want to process frozen dough, defrosting will help to shape it faster.
