The holes in the teats are laser cut and will not change in size over time. If baby finds it difficult to get milk through the holes in the teat, the top is probably clogged. To unclog the nipple, roll the tip of the teat between the thumb and forefinger to loosen any build-up. Wash teats using a mild detergent and water after each use, rolling the tip of the nipple between fingers during washing will ensure to clean out any remaining breast or formula milk.
