There is a new release of the Device Manager that contains an updated version of the firmware for your device. This update solves a few firmware issues including -> The possibility of loss of content due to database corruption on the player -> Occasional hangups when powering on the player (from standby mode) Please note that since this is a special release, updating your GoGear player with this firmware version will result in the loss of all content (music, photos, data files) currently on your device. It is advised that you back up all the content from your device to your PC before carrying out the update.
