There is a new release of the Device Manager that contains an updated version of the firmware for your device. This update solves a few firmware issues including:

- The possible loss of content due to database corruption on the player

- Occasional hangups when powering on the player (from standby mode)

Please note that since this is a special release, updating your GoGear player with this firmware version will result in the loss of all content (music , photos, data files) currently on your device. PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE ALL YOUR CONTENT IN YOUR GOGEAR BACKED UP BEFORE UPDATING TO THE NEW FIRMWARE.
