What happened? My download (games or wall paper) via W@P failed.


Check first that:
  1. your mobile phone is W@P able,
  2. your provider/operator subscription includes W@P,
  3. the W@P parameters have been settled in your mobile phone. Please note you can settle WAP parameters "Over The Air". To do so, please refer to the FAQ on "how to settle the provider/operator parameters for W@P & MMS"
  4. Then try to download the games and/or wall paper

    If you can't, please contact your provider/operator or retailer for information.
