The display of my PSA scrolls the error message ¨PLAYER PROBLEM, PLEASE CONNECT PLAYER TO PC, START DEVICE MANAGER ON PC AND FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS
A system file may be missing or there is a format error on your PSA. The micro jukebox needs to be restored to the factory settings.
- Connect the PSA to the power supply with the AC/DC adapter and to the computer with the provided USB cable. Make sure that Windows Media Player and any other applications are closed.
- Launch the Philips Device Manager by double clicking the Device Manager icon at the task bar on your Windows desktop..
- Select the REPAIR tab on the dialogue box and then click Repair to start repairing. IMPORTANT: All music & content of your micro jukebox will be erased once the PSA is repaired.
- Once the repair is complete a dialogue box will pop up; click OK and unplug the PSA from the computer.
