How do I transfer music to my PSA player from computer?

Transfer music with Windows Media Player 10.0

  1. Hook up your PSA with the PC via the supplied USB cable. Make sure you connect your PSA to the main power supply. Launch the version of Windows Media Player 10.0 installed in your computer. Note: Once the device is connected to the computer, all playback or radio will stop. 
  2. Click Sync or on the File menu, point to CDs and Devices, and then click Synchronize….
     
  3. In the Items to Copy pane, in the drop-down list, click the playlist, category, or other item that you want to copy. 
  4. Click the check boxes next to any files you want to copy.  
  5. In the Items on Device pane, in the drop-down list, click to select PhilipsPSA to copy files to.Click the Start Sync button. If device is not identified on the drop down list refresh by pressing F5 on your computer. 
  6. The Player verifies that there is sufficient storage space on the device to copy the selected files. If there is sufficient space, the files are converted (if necessary) and copied to the portable device. 
  7. Repeat steps 2-5 for any other items that you want to copy to your portable device. 
  8. Once the transfer is completed, close the Windows Media Player 
  9. Unplug the PSA from the PC and enjoy the music on your PSA.

Transfer music with Windows Explorer

  1. Hook up your PSA with the PC via the supplied USB cable. Make sure you connect your PSA to the main power supply. Launch Windows Explorer.Note: Once the device is connected to the computer, all playback or radio will stop. 
  2. Drag and drop your music files into the Media folder of the PSA device. 
  3. Once the transfer is completed, close Windows Explorer. 
  4. Unplug the PSA from the PC and enjoy the music on your PSA.
