When I go to the Guide I get a message No data available.: No data was downloaded due to incorrect network settings.


Verify that your WiFi connection is up and running and that your RC9800i can access the internet. Your EPG data is downloaded automatically from the internet, depending on your settings, every 24 hours or 48 hours. If needed refer to the network troubleshooting to solve your network problems. After solving your network settings you can perform a manual download by going to the settings, Services Setup, Program Guide, Download.
