Question
When I go to the Guide I get a message No data available.: Automatic download is disabled.
Answer
Your EPG data is downloaded from the internet. This download can be configured to be done every day, every 2 days or user initiated (no automatic download). In case you configured the EPG with the last option you need to manually download the data every time.
To change the download settings do the following:
- Go to the settings screen
- Select Services Setup
- Select Program Guide
- Select Download
