I have dragged and dropped music files from my PC to the SHOQBOX drive with Windows Explorer but I am unable to find, play or include them in the playlist. What should I do?


For the SHOQBOX to recognize songs as audio files you have to use Musicmatch® Jukebox to transfer them.

Songs dragged and dropped in Windows Explorer will be recognized as other types of media files and will not playback on the SHOQBOX.
