I have dragged and dropped music files from my PC to the PSS110 drive with Windows Explorer but I am unable to find, play or include them in the playlist on my SHOQBOX. What should I do?


Always remember to use the Musicmatch® Jukebox to transfer songs between the SHOQBOX and your computer. Songs transferred with Windows Explorer will be recognized as other media files and will not be played back by the SHOQBOX.
