What can I do when I experience bad sound quality or no sound at all?


  • Move away from magnetic field such as those from a mobile phone. Magnetic field can interfere with the sound.
  • If you listen through headphones, wear them as recommended by the manufacturer.
  • Make sure the cables (if any) are connected firmly.
  • Use only good quality discs that don’t have background noise. Try another disc, to see if the sound is better.
