Why aren't the song titles and filenames (ID3 tags) properly displayed on my device?


  • The titles and the filenames of your music tracks may be in different language than the one your device is set to.
    • Change the language settings of your device by following the steps below.
      1. In playback mode, press Menu twice to go to the main menu.
      2. Select Settings with the key, and then press to confirm.
      3. Use the key again to select Language, and then press to go to the next level.
      4. Select the language that fits the ID3 tag of your music. Press to confirm.
      5. Reload the music tracks with the same language ID3 tag onto your device using Windows Explorer.
