I can't find the music I transferred to my player.


  • The song might be in a format that is not supported by the player. Only MP3, WMA, and WAV files are supported.
  • The audio file might have been corrupted. First, try to play back the file on your PC. If it does not play, rip the song again.
  • When a WMA file has been protected by Windows Media Player, the files are then unable to be copied and sent to the player. In this case, you will see the files in the Windows Media Player library, but they will not appear or play back in the digital audio player. When ripping your music from a CD, always make sure the “Copy-protected music” option in Tools > Options under Rip Music is unchecked.
  • You may have transferred the file using Windows Explorer to the Data folder. Tracks transferred through Windows Explorer will not be viewable/playable on the device. Transfer your music to the Media folder instead.
  • Some music tracks may be in a format or bit rate that is not supported by the player, for example, AAC or files encoded in variable bit rate; they may be skipped by the player. (For MP3, the player supports 32 kbps to 320 kbps, and for WMA, it supports 5 kbps to 192 kbps, at a sampling rate of 8.0 kHz to 44.1 kHz)
