I'm unable to communicate with my extender. How do I fix this?
In stand-alone mode, make sure that the extenders are in the same stand-alone channel (1, 2 or 3) as the one specified in the configuration file.
Make sure there are no duplicate extender IDs on the same channel (in stand-alone mode) or on the same subnet (in network mode). If duplicate extenders are detected, the control panel will not communicate with either of them.
When installing larger setups (multiple rooms, multiple control panels, or multiple extenders), network robustness can be improved by using network mode (using one or more access points) instead of stand-alone mode. When using network mode, if possible, try to connect the extender using wired ethernet to the network.
