Set a connection profile

  1. Press HOME to enter the main menu, and then select the Setting menu by pressing the navigation controls or and .


  2. Use the navigation controls or and to select Network followed by Quick Setup.

  3. Select the desired network.


    1. Press the navigation controls or and to select the desired network.

    2. Set the Encryption key.


      1. Enter the Encryption key (WEP or WPA) using the alphanumeric keys if you have already set an Encryption key for the network.


        OR


        Press the navigation controls or repeatedly to select a letter, digit or symbol.
      2. Press OK to confirm.

    3. Select Auto (DHCP).

    4. If you use the connection profile for Internet access and you visit websites via a proxy server, enable the proxy server function and configure the proxy port as prompted.

    5. Select Yes to apply the setting.

Edit the connection profile

  1. Follow the steps 1 to 2 under Create a connection profile.

  2. Press the navigation controls or and  to select the network (connection profile) to be changed.

  3. Press or and to select Other.


    1. Edit the network name (SSID) using the alphanumeric keys, and press OK to confirm.

    2. In Network Type, select Ad-hoc (direct connection, without Access Point) or Infrastructure (via an Access Point)

    3. Set the Encryption key


      1. Select an Encryption key: WEP or WPA.

      2. Create the key (4 keys can be created in total) using the alphanumeric keys or the / key.

      3. Select an active network.

    4. Follow the steps 3c, 3d, 3e under Create a connection profile. The set will restart.
