During the (Over-The-Air) OAD transmission by the broadcaster, why is it that I do not receive any OAD message prompt on my TV screen?
There is a possibility that you may have set the TV not to accept any new software updates or you may have pressed 'Reject this software' option when there is a software download.
To solve this, you need to access the SYSTEM SOFTWARE menu.
- Press the 'DIGITAL MENU' button on the remote control to access the SETUP menu.
- Press the cursor down to select INFORMATION and press cursor right.
- Press the cursor down to ALWAYS ACCEPT NEW SOFTWARE and press the cursor right to select YES.
- Press the 'OK' button to accept and press the menu button to exit.
