During the (Over-The-Air) OAD transmission by the broadcaster, why is it that I do not receive any OAD message prompt on my TV screen?

Answer

There is a possibility that you may have set the TV not to accept any new software updates or you may have pressed 'Reject this software' option when there is a software download.

To solve this, you need to access the SYSTEM SOFTWARE menu.

  1. Press the 'DIGITAL MENU' button on the remote control to access the SETUP menu.
  2. Press the cursor down to select INFORMATION and press cursor right.
  3. Press the cursor down to ALWAYS ACCEPT NEW SOFTWARE and press the cursor right to select  YES.
  4. Press the 'OK' button to accept and press the menu button to exit.
