Some of the channels are missing when I was scanning the channels. How can I restore it?

Answer

You are able to individually restore the missing channels by following these steps:

  1. Press the 'MENU' button on the remote control to display the on-screen menu.
  2. Press the cursor up/down to select INSTALL and press the cursor left/right.
  3. Press the cursor up/down to select MANUAL STORE and press the cursor left/right.
  4. Press the cursor up/down to select COLOUR SYSTEM and press the cursor left/right repeatedly to select AUTO.
  5. Press the cursor up/down to select SOUND SYSTEM and press the cursor left/right repeatedly to select AUTO.
  6. Press the cursor up/down to select SEARCH and press the cursor right to search for the programme that you wish to restore.
  7. The searching will stop once a programme is found. If you wish to continue searching, press the cursor right again. 
  8. Press the cursor up/down to select CHANNEL and key in the channel number that you wish to store your programme.
  9. If you wish to continue searching for another programme, repeat steps 6 to 8.
  10. Press the cursor up/down to select STORE and press the cursor left/right to store.
  11. Press the 'i+' button to exit the menu.

If too many channels are missing, you should try to perform the auto installation again to restore all the channels in the TV memory.

Follow these steps to perform the auto installation:

  1. Press the 'MENU' button on the remote control to display the on-screen menu.
  2. Press the cursor up/down to select INSTALL and press the cursor left/right.
  3. Press the cursor up/down to select AUTO STORE and press the cursor right to start auto installation.
    Note: Please wait, as auto installation will take sometime.
  4. Once the auto installation is completed, press the 'i+' button to exit the menu.

Note: If you interrupt the auto installation, not all local channels will be installed.
