I occasionally lose picture or have no picture at all when using HDMI connection with my DirecTV box model H20-100


With the 'DirecTV model H20-100' satellite box  connected to your TV via HDMI, one of the symptons described below might appear:

  • "unsupported video format"  message appears on the screen
  • cyclical picture drops
  • no picture at all

This issue has been resolved in latest firmware version.Please update your set accordingly. 

Updating to the latest SW will solve the problem.
