Question

How do I create and transfer a playlist to my player with Windows Media Player?

Answer

Transfer with Windows Media Player11

  1. Start Windows Media Player.
  2. Switch on your player and then connect it to your computer using the supplied USB cable.
  3. Click the Sync tab.
  4. Drag the files and playlists that you want to sync from the Contents pane to the Sync List pane on the right. You can also right-click on the file or playlist and select Add to “Sync List”
  5. In the Sync List pane, verify that the items you have selected to sync will all fit on your player. If necessary, remove items from the list.
  6. To remove items, right-click on the item in the Sync List pane, and then select Remove from List.
  7. Click Stat Sync button to transfer the Sync List items to your player.

Transfer with Windows Media Player10

  1. Playlists can only be synchronized to your player via “auto sync”. Autosync will automatically synchronize your Windows Media Player library content and your player content each time you connect your Player to the PC. If you use the “manual” sync option the tracks in the playlist will transfer to your player but the playlist itself will not.
  2. Hook up the Player to the computer, allow a few minutes for the Windows Media player to recognize and detect the connection of the Player.
  3. Click on the Sync tab.
  4. Click on “Sync settings” or “Set up sync”
  5. In the pop-up window, select the playlists that you want to sync
  6. Click “OK”, the sync will start automatically
Note: playlists never show up in the device panel under the sync tab of Windows media Player even if they are on your device. Check on your device whether you can see the playlist.
