Why does the Pronto not connect to the MediaCenter?


There can be multiple reasons why the Pronto can not connect to the MediaCenter software:
  • Check whether all network settings into the configuration file are correct.
  • Check whether there is no firewall blocking the communication with the MediaCenter.
  • If the MediaCenter has multiple network interfaces (e.g. Wireless and Ethernet) it can occur that the PadOne software enables the communication with the other interface than the one Pronto is using. Disabling the not used interface will fix the issue.
