Question

Why is there a quiet hissing sound when I switch on noise cancellation?

Answer

A quiet hissing sound (called “noise floor”) can be caused by the amplifier in the noise cancellation headphones. This is normal and not a malfunction.

When there are no other sounds, you might hear this hissing sound. When you are playing music, you won’t be able to hear it.
