When I turn on the set, everything went back to default settings and I have to re-setup, why?

Answer

This could be caused by a software glitch that caused the set to reset to default settings.

If you encounter this particular symptom, please upgrade your set to the latest software V3.04 which is now available on our support website (www.philips.com/support).
