What should I do if my player update failed?


Sometimes you may find that your player update failed even though the device manager software says the update is complete.

When the update is complete, disconnect the player from the PC and check the firmware version number on the player. If the player has not yet been updated, try the following:

  1. Press and hold the power button until the player is switched off.
  2. Switch the player on again.
  3. Repeat steps 1-2 twice.
  4. Check the firmware version number again. You will find that the update is complete.
