My player still does not work even I have used the REPAIR function in the Device Manager Software, What should I do?

Answer

Please try the following to resume your player.

  1. Download the Repair tool software via the link Repair Software to your PC.
  2. Install the software on your PC.
  3. Run the software.
  4. Press and hold the button to connect your player to the PC. When GoGear Connected appears on your player, release the button.
  5. Click the Start button to begin the repair process.
  6. Disconnect your player from the PC to complete the repair process when you see the message Repair Complete on your player.

IMPORTANT:

To avoid data missing, We strongly recommend you to backup contents in your player before using this repair function.
