Why am I not able to perform software upgrading via Network?
Ensure that SoundBar is connected to network / Internet (Ethernet connection).
Ensure that network cable is properly connected and the router is switched on.
If there is no software upgrade available for your SoundBar at the current moment, the software upgrade process will not proceed.
Check for the availability of newer software for your SoundBar on our website at www.philips.com/support. If you do not see the Software & Drivers link, there is no software upgrade available for your SoundBar at the current moment. This also means that your SoundBar is with the latest software version installed.
