My photo is not displayed, what can I do?

Answer

In order to share your photos on the PhotoFrame, make sure they are in a supported format:

  • The PhotoFrame displays JPEG Photos, with a maximum of 8000 x 6000 pixels resolution (20 megapixels) and 10 MB file size.
  • The PhotoFrame is also capable of displaying Progressive JPEG Photos, with a maximum resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels.

How can I check if my photo is a progressive JPEG ?
You can check the properties of a photo in a photo editing program (e.g. PhotoShop) or a photo viewer (e.g. IrfanView).
IrfanView is freeware and can be downloaded free for non-commercial use from: www.irfanview.com

If you use a photo editor, standard JPEG format (Baseline ("Standard")) is recommended rather than progressive.
