Although I have set Audio capabilities to “Auto” for HDMI or “Dolby Digital” for S/PDIF, my HD receiver does not deliver proper Dolby Digital 5.1 multi-channel audio output quality.Why ?

Answer

• Your HD receiver needs a software upgrade. Visit www.philips.com/support regularly to check if the appropriate software for upgrading your HD receiver via USB is available.

• Check that  Audio capabilities is set to PCM until you perform the upgrade of your HD receiver.
