I get a message saying that connection to the network is not confirmed.


You have probably entered the wrong password key (WEP or WPA or WPA2). 

  • Restart the connect to the network step via the 'home'  button and select 'setup.' 
  • Check you were using the correct password (check your router's user manual, or your Internet provider's connection information)
  • Re-enter the password.
