Question

What should I do if the power adapter gets very hot, the LED blinks, and my notebook stops charging?

Answer

This happens if you connect the power adapter to a notebook with higher input power requirement (>65 W). The power adapter gets hot.

If the power adapter gets very hot, the overheat protection is activated and the LED indicator blinks. When the power adapter cools down, it works normally again.

We do not advise you connect the power adapter to a notebook with higher input power requirement (> 65 W).
