My new 46 inch 9705 3D set has some Ghosting/blurring on the image. What is Philips doing about this?


3D television is a new and evolving technology, methods of recording and encoding 3D are improving.
However, some content can sometimes have blurring especially around the edges of the picture. This is not a fault.
The type of HDMI cable and HDMI splitter can contribute to this issue. Be sure to use a 3D ready cable.
For most customers by updating the software using this link / it will remove this issue.
In a very small number of instances we will need to change a panel.
