My local TV retailer will not accept My new 46 inch 9705 3D set that has some Ghosting/blurring on the image , I think this is unreasonable?

Answer

There is no need to take products back for this.
Updating the main software to the latest version can offer significant improvement to the 3D performance.
However the HDMI cable and picture settings should be checked first.
