How to use the device to keep track of my workout?

Answer

  1. Before you start your workout, press and hold to activate the Workout Mode.
    - This button is the top button on the left when you wear the device.
  2. Anytime during the workout, press to hear the workout time and calorie burnt.
  3. After you have finished your workout, press to hear the total workout time and calorie burnt.
  4. Press and hold to deactivate the Workout mode.

Tip: If you hear the battery level instead of workout information when you press , that means the Workout mode is not yet activated. Press and hold to activate the Workout Mode.
