Why can’t I access SmartTV portal where I was able to access before?
Proceed as follows:
Clear all cookies stored on your TV. Go to the TV menu; [Setup] > [Network settings] or [Installation] > [Clear Net TV memory] or [Clear Apps memory] or [Clear Internet memory].
If the problem exists after clearing the cookies, check whether your router is using a cloud service. If yes, change the default setting of your router back to traditional router set-up and management.
Another alternative is to reinstall your TV using the [Reinstall TV] option in the TV menu. This option will fully erase the settings on the portal.
