I have forgotten the password of my Philips In.Sight account. What should I do?


Before you begin, make sure your mobile device is connected to the Internet.

Follow the steps below to retrieve your password:

  1. Start Philips In.Sight App from your mobile device.
  2. Tap “Forgot password”.

  3. Fill in the email address that you use for the In.Sight Account.

  4. Fill in the answer to the security question. Then tap “Request password”. 
    Note: The answer must be exactly the same as the answer you provided when you set up the account.

  5. Your password for In.Sight account would be sent to you via email. 

For security reasons, we recommend changing your password after logging in with your retrieved password. The steps below show how to change your password:

  1. Tap .
  2. Tap “General”.
  3. Tap on your account name.

  4. Enter the current password; and enter the new password twice. Then tap “Save”. 

In case you forget the answer of the security question; or the above does not help, contact Philips Consumer Care (Contact Page) for assistance in resetting the password.
