Answer

1.You did not connect the appliance to the wall power.

Check if the appliance works when it is connected to the wall power.

2.There is probably a power failure.

Check if the appliance works when there is line power.

3.The lamps may have come loose.

You should remove the front screen and check if the lamps are still in the correct position. If not, put the lamps in the correct position.
