The SENSEO® switches off during heating up, brewing a coffee or during descaling. What should I do?


There may be several causes for your problem:

  1. You may have connected too many appliances to the same circuit.
    Check if you have not connected too many other appliances to the same circuit (consult an electrician in case of doubt).  

  2. The SENSEO® may have a technical defect and needs to be examined. 
    The SENSEO® needs to be examined to determine the cause of the problem and the best solution.
    We recommend you to go back to the dealer where you have purchased the machine or go to a Philips Authorized Service Center for service.
