The fried food isn't golden brown and/or crispy. What should I do?

Answer

Make sure the selected temperature and preparation time correspond to the instructions on the package of the food you want to fry. If there are no instructions on the package, consult the table in the instructions for use. Also, make sure there is not too much food in the basket. Never fry more food at one time than the quantities indicated in the table in the instructions for use.
