The fried food doesn't have a golden brown colour and/or isn't crispy. What should I do?

Answer

Make sure that the selected temperature and/or preparation time corresponds to the instructions on the package of the food to be fried. If instructions on the package are lacking, please consult the table in the instructions for use. Also make sure there is not too much food in the basket. Never fry more food at one time than the quantities indicated in the table in the instructions for use.
